Customer Support Role at Deskpro Ltd.

At Deskpro Ltd., we're revolutionizing the customer support industry with our cutting-edge helpdesk software platform. As a key member of our growing team, you'll be empowered to deliver exceptional customer service to thousands of companies worldwide.

This role is ideal for a curious problem solver with 2+ years of experience in customer support for B2B software. You'll work with customers on various configurations, follow-up after software releases, and assist with customer onboarding. If you're passionate about making customers smile and have a passion for technical challenges, then you could be a great fit for our friendly and diverse team.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Communicate with customers via support tickets, live chat, voice, and social media, using Deskpro's innovative platform.
  2. Test software bugs and log issues on behalf of customers, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
  3. Update help content and write new content as we launch new features, enhancing the customer experience.
  4. Help new customers with onboarding, including configuration and training sessions.
  5. Gather customer feedback and share knowledge with the Product team, driving continuous improvement.

We're currently migrating customers to our latest version, Deskpro Horizon, and this is an exciting time to join our team as you'll be an integral part of our small but growing support team.
