About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Desk Executive to join our growing team at Deskpro Ltd. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide timely and effective support to customers via various communication channels, including support tickets, live chat, voice, and social media.
  2. Collaborate with customers to resolve technical issues and provide solutions to their problems.
  3. Test and log software bugs on behalf of customers, ensuring that our product meets the highest standards of quality.
  4. Contribute to the development of our help content and documentation, ensuring that it is accurate and up-to-date.
  5. Assist with the onboarding process for new customers, including configuration and training sessions.
  6. Collect and share customer feedback with our Product team, helping us to improve our product and services.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years of experience in customer support for B2B software.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
