**About the role and our team**

Join our team at Rearyt Noa as the Business Management Officer - Integrated Mental Health Service

The Integrated Mental Health Service (IMHS) is an Island wide provision and covers a range of specialities including, Psychiatry, Occupational Therapy, Nursing and Administration. We provide Mental Health support to all age ranges from children through to the very elderly. As a result, working in the service can be challenging but extremely rewarding.

This is an exciting opportunity for you to be part of our small team, friendly and very supportive team providing business support so that our qualified practitioners can dedicate more of their time to service delivery.

This role will allow you the opportunity to have a direct impact on the patient experience by strengthening the business support function within the service.

You will have the opportunity to be involved in a variety of activities, including reviewing and updating policies and procedures, improving internal processes, creating business cases, ensuring compliance with information governance, developing reporting/data dashboards and implementing new systems.

**Additional information**

Please note a basic police check is required for this post, which the Department will cover the cost of for you. Please note if you have lived for more than 6 months outside of the UK in the last 5 years, you will be required to obtain a Letter of Good Standing from the appropriate authorities in the relevant locations, please read the guidance about how to obtain this letter.

A relocation package and interview expenses are not available for this role.
