**About the role**

Join our friendly team at the Office of Human Resources as a Payroll Officer As the largest employer on the Island, the OHR Payroll Team work hard in the background ensuring that the pay for over 10,000 IOM Government employees is processed correctly and on time.

The role is varied, challenging and fast-paced. Youll fluctuate between administration, customer service and problem solving. On a daily basis youll input payroll changes, handle colleague queries and work with our internal partners including the Tax Office and the Public Sector Pensions Authority. We also work closely with teams across the wider Office of Human Resources (OHR) such as recruitment, employment changes and business partners.

***Annual leave starting from 21 days, a Privilege Day and all Manx and U.K. bank holidays; your annual leave will increase after your first year and again after your third year.
