**About Cloverleaf Plumbing and Heating**:
Cloverleaf Plumbing and Heating has been established since 1994, and is a growing firm specialising in plumbing, heating and renewables.
This is a full time position, however we are open to being flexible with how the working hours are scheduled.
The role would suit someone who has experience of working in a busy office environment efficiently. As expected in a small office, being able to work as part of a team or independently under your own initiative is essential.
**Main responsibilities**:
- Following up with customers who have recently been sent service reminders in a timely manner
- Collect feedback from customers after works are complete
- Managing MCS portal (training provided)
- SimPro CRM database management, ensuring that all records are kept up to date and comply with GDPR regulations
- Communicating with customers on a high volume basis
- Managing a fleet of Vans
**Experience and Skills Required**:
- Previous experience in admin environment, ideally within the construction and/or trade sectors
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, both written and verbal
- An ability to build rapport with customers, engineers, suppliers and third parties alike
- A flexible, hands on approach to work with a willingness to learn
- Ability to prioritise and plan own workload
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent organisational skills
**What we can offer you**:
- A basic salary of £23-25k, depending on experience.
