Thames is a rapidly expanding commercial office and window cleaning company specialising within London.

We require an Accounts and Administration Assistant to support and work within our existing team.

We are seeking a new team member to work on a full time basis Monday to Friday - on a permanent contract. This individual must be pleasant, a real team player, a good and positive communicator and have a will to excel themselves. The individual should also be looking to settle into a long term career with the company for future career progression in the long term.

The post holder will work within the Accounts and Administration Team and will report to the Finance Manager. This successful individual will support in ensuring efficient processing of information is achieved to meet all deadlines, whilst communicating effectively.

**Duties and Responsibilities In Brief**:

- Reception Duties
- General Purchase and Sales Ledger Management
- Credit and Debtor Control
- PAYE
- Cash Book Input & Reconciliation
- Credit Cards
- Reconciliation and Journals to the Nominal Ledger
- General administration (filing and banking etc)

**Essential Requirements**:

- AAT Accounting Qualifications or Similar
- Working experience of Templa CMS, Access, Sage Accounts 50 or similar
- Working knowledge and confidence of Microsoft Office. Very importantly, Excel and Word
- Excellent telephone manner & A team player
