**About Us**:
Due to continued expansion, our group of companies is seeking a bright and motivated individual to join our team as an Office Administrator. In this role, you'll play a vital part in ensuring our office runs smoothly and efficiently.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Administration**:

- Manage document flow and filing systems
- Assist with internal compliance monitoring (ISO9001, ISO14001, OHSAS)
- Handle audio and copy typing for internal and external documents
- Answer phone inquiries and provide administrative support to the team
- **Additional duties**:

- Maintain office supplies and equipment
- Coordinate travel arrangements and meetings
- Manage budgets and expenses (optional)
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills (written and oral)
- Top-notch organizational and time management abilities
- Team player with a positive and collaborative attitude
- Knowledge of working to standards under ISO9001/ISO14001/OHSAS a plus
- Previous experience in the construction industry preferred, but not essential

**Salary**: £13.15-£14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 3 years (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 3 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Sidcup (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Sidcup: Relocate before starting work (required)

Work Location: In person
