An exciting opportunity has arisen at AD construction for an Apprentice Office Administrator. The main purpose of this role is ensure the efficient day-to-day operations of the office, providing support to the entire business, to be the first port of call for incoming calls and visitors.
**Main Duties**:
- Answering incoming calls, screening and redirecting as appropriate, taking and forwarding messages
- Manage the processing of incoming and outgoing post
- Manage the process of issuing of ID badges and maintain accurate ID badge database
- Preparation of training materials for internal training
- Ensuring that administrative systems and procedures are being adhered to
- Managing and coordinating the booking of meeting rooms
**Personal skills/Entry Requirements**:
- Level 4/C in Maths and English GCSE
- Organisational and planning skills
- Basic IT knowledge
- Good time keeping
- Good, clear communication skills
**Package**:
- Salary - £10,983
- Hours - Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm (1hr for lunch)
- 21 days of holiday + bank holidays and Christmas closure
- Birthday day off
- Enrolment onto a Business Administration course
**Additional Information**:
- As part of the interview process you will be required to complete an aptitude test
- Six-month probationary period
- Eligible to work in the UK
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £10,983.00 per year
