We are seeking a Flight Dispatch Co-Ordinator to join our excellent and diverse Operations team.

Reporting to the Operations Shift Supervisor, this role will be tasked with supporting the centralised Operations team with the processes associated with running a complex and diverse flying programme. This Humberside airport-based role utilises strong working relationships with centralised Operations staff, local ramp personnel, aircrew, and departmental managers.

The role’s key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Ensure that any potential policy breaches are swiftly reported to the relevant Operations or Ramp Supervisor or Manager
- Update and maintain all base Electronic Flight Bags (EFBs) with direction and support from the Flight Operations Support Administrator
- Correlation of all post flight documentation and co-ordination of transfer back to Centralised Operations
- Maintain strong working relationships with all departments to ensure that there is no impact to the flying program
- Update company operating base documentation and equipment such as dispatch computers, charts, maps, and other sources of aeronautical information
- Co-ordinate the dispatch of aircraft from Humberside, printing paperwork, liaising with Air Traffic Control, Airfield Operations and the on-site refuelling team as required
- Timely liaison with centralised Operations to ensure that flight plans are ready to support departing aircraft
- In support of centralised Operations, attend and provide clear and concise input into the daily flying programme meetings, briefing Heads of Departments on expected flying operations to and from Humberside
- With guidance from the existing Humberside ramp department, working as a team member providing support in the safe ground movement of all company aircraft using approved equipment and procedures
- Highly numerate and analytical with a proven record of managing change, complexity, and ambiguity
- Knowledge of civilian aircrew / commercial aviation rules and regulations
- Needs to be articulate with high attention to detail build credible trusting relationships within and outside the Operations department
- Self-starting and motivated individual with a high level of interpersonal skills
- Continually and pro-actively seek new ways of working to improve overall business performance
- Works on own initiative, requiring mínimal guidance from Line Manger or Supervisor
- Excellent IT skills, demonstrating full competency with Apple Software and Microsoft Office
- At least one years’ experience in a flight operations environment or dispatcher is desirable
