Business Development Executive - Bournemouth - Salary £25k with £35k OTE

This role will be solely office based working 5 days per week from 8:45am to 5:30pm equating to 39 hours. The basic salary is £25,000 with on target earnings of £35,000 uncapped commission.

Main responsibilities:

- Exceeding agreed monthly targets and ensuring that maximum delivery is met against targets through the generation of client meetings
- Meeting and speaking with relevant B2B clients to discuss potential needs and how the company will benefit them
- Have complete understanding of the companies systems and utilise it to show how it's an essential tool to the clients business
- Combine industry & product knowledge to build strong customer relations over the phone
- Surpassing the sales standards around behaviours and productivity including call volumes and meetings
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity in the system and report as and when required
- Attend field events to find and develop leads

Skills Required:

- Previous B2B experience would be beneficial but not essential
- Experience of working within the Construction Industry would be an advantage
- Understanding of Salesforce or a similar CRM system
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills
- Willing to go over and beyond to achieve company standards
- Focus on career development
- Strong work ethic
