Business Development Executive Package:

- A competitive basic salary of £25,000

Business Development Executive Role:

- Gain a comprehensive knowledge of the company, their offering and the market they operate within, in order to have valuable conversations with clients
- Use researching tools and techniques to generate a pipeline of new business opportunities within the construction sector
- Speak to the relevant B2B decision makers within prospect organisations and lapsed accounts,generating an interest in the company offering, discussing their potential needs and how the company offering could be beneficial to them
- Book meetings for the Business Development Managers and work closely with them to ensure a high conversion rate of meetings to sales
- Attend field events and industry exhibitions to find and develop qualified leads
Business Development Executive Requirements:

- Educated to degree level
- Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - you must really enjoy engaging with others on a regular basis
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to manage and prioritise your own time and workload
- Self-motivated, confident and professional
- Ability to work as part of a team and autonomously
- Ideally, you’ll have a proven track record with some B2B selling experience (this is beneficial, not essential)
