**What are we looking for?**

We are looking for someone who is super organised, and fun You will be part of the Workplace Experience team managing all event and meeting booking requests, and work with the hosts to bring their meetings and events to life. You will use your detail driven mindset to develop the meetings and event business through efficient electronic and verbal communication with customers and the operational team.

Join our team and you'll get a platform to do amazing things You'll consult with our clients, colleagues, and visitors to improve their meetings and events experience. You will also support the wider Workplace Experience team and be able to shift seamlessly between duties. You will just as comfortable checking people in at Reception, as you are liaising with the catering team, changing a meeting room setup, or even supporting a fun activity for colleagues to enjoy.

**Main Duties**:
You will be the first point of contact for all enquiries, and work alongside the operational team to ensure the client's needs are anticipated, and that we deliver above and beyond.
- To respond to all hospitality, event, dining and meeting enquiries in line with agreed timelines
- To be present and act as a point of contact for key events to liaise between the host and the operational team
- To actively build relationships with key stakeholders and external vendors
- To manage and resolve any feedback issues, relating to the service provided by the operational team
- Know the offer inside out, and be able to make informed recommendations to our clients
- To demonstrate commercial acumen to minimise costs and maximise revenue
- To ensure the operational team remain up to date with all relevant information and any last-minute changes
- To ensure all events are billed promptly, accurately and charged to the correct account codes
- Preparation of items such as name cards and signage, and support the setup of meeting rooms and event spaces
- To work with different departments, and suppliers to arrange things such as: co-ordinating equipment hire and install, or booking special dietary meals
- To prepare quotes, event run sheets, and provide recommendations
- To ensure the booking system is up to date

You are friendly and professional and work tirelessly to ensure that colleagues and building users are given an exemplary customer experience. You will be outgoing and enjoy working as part of a team focussed on delivering the most amazing service.

We seek people with the following skills and experience:

- Exceptional organisational skills to manage a large workload, supporting multiple outlets and buildings
- Must be highly proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Edge and Chrome
- Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 2 years' experience in a similar role within the sector
- Average 70wpm typing speed desirable
