About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Event Coordinator to join our UK marketing team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for planning and executing a wide range of events across all UK brands within the PEXA group.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Product Marketing Director in planning, organising, and executing events, including trade events, hospitality, webinars, customer forums, regional events, and internal functions.
  • Take ownership of the end-to-end event management process, from initial planning and vendor co-ordination to on-the-day execution and post-event reporting.
  • Coordinate logistics for events; including venue sourcing, booking, catering, travel arrangements, and equipment setup, ensuring smooth execution and attendee satisfaction.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience in event management and co-ordination roles. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple events simultaneously are essential.

Estimated salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
