Supply Chain Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Supply Chain Administrator to join our team in the pharmaceutical industry.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional who thrives in a fast-paced dynamic environment and is dedicated to ensuring the timely delivery of quality goods and services.
Using your excellent communication skills, exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills, and your ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, you will play a critical role in ensuring smooth operations by effectively managing and responding to supply chain queries from various stakeholders and providing timely and efficient support to internal teams and external partners
Responsibilites:
- Updating data and generating reports to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve supply chain issues.
- Resolution of invoice queries.
- Supplier account reconciliation to resolve supply chain issues.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of supplies.
- Master data cleansing and maintenance
- Assisting department manager with other duties as required
- Report generation, analytics and KPI metrics
- Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance procurement processes and systems.
- Conducting in-depth analysis and investigation on various data sets from multiple sources.
Competencies:
- Strong analytical Skillset & ability to work with large datasets.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical supply chain processes and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and adept at building collaborative relationships.
- Ability to prioritize workload appropriately.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Possess attention to detail, is financially aware, firm, with experience of resolving complex problems and troubleshooting.
- Confident, pro-active and enjoys a challenge.
Essential Experience
- Fluency in English. Educated to higher level of education including English and Mathematics.
- Strong Experience of SAP or equivalent ERP System, or CRM (NetSuite/SAP/Sage)
- Experience in engaging with suppliers and resolving supplier invoicing issues is essential (experience in use of Readsoft is advantageous)
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical supply chain processes and regulations is beneficial.
- Experience of previously working in a Finance/Accounts Department beneficial.
- Knowledge of GMP procedures beneficial.
- Desirable - CIPS
- Desirable: Purchasing Module of SAP - PR/PO/GRN/Planning or similar ERP.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: £26,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
