**Hours of Work**:38 hours per week

**Location**:Field based across the North West with head office in Preston (James Hall & Co, Bowland View, Preston, PR2 5QT).

**Requirements**:Driver's License is required for this role. Company car is provided

**About the Role**

We have an exciting new opportunity to join our expanding team of Training Coordinators to support our IT Department to deliver training to our Retail Systems customers.

**What will I be doing?**

Your role will be to support and train our customers to use our various Retail Systems and software and you will take responsibility for building and maintaining those relationships.

Your schedule will be influenced by the needs of the business and these will predominately be identified and prioritised by the manager, however there will be a level of autonomy involved and accountability for a well-managed diary will be expected.

Some key duties include:

- Deliver a high standard of software training to our customers
- To maintain own diary and provide to the manager as requested
- Design and update training materials
- Provide analysis for measurement and evaluation of training
- To build and maintain relationships with internal and external customers

- Confident in their abilities to communicate clearly and effectively

- Understands the importance of being self-motivated and taking responsibility of their schedule and workload
- Demonstrable experience within a customer service or customer facing role
