About the Role

Lancashire and South Cumbria Integrated Care Board (LSCICB) is seeking a highly skilled individual to lead the development and delivery of Trauma Informed training across the ICB footprint.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver training programmes in Trauma Informed Practice, tailored to the needs of the organisation and its stakeholders.
  • Provide guidance and support to staff in identifying learning needs and developing their skills in Trauma Informed Practice.
  • Work closely with the LSCICB Safeguarding Team and Lancashire Violence Reduction Network to ensure effective collaboration and coordination.
  • Capture, collate, and maintain an overview of the Trauma Informed training programme, ensuring its effectiveness and impact.
Person Specification
  • Education to Diploma level or equivalent, with good basic education to include English and Maths.
  • Proven experience of delivering training programmes, ideally in relevant subject areas (Trauma Informed Practice).
  • Experience in an environment delivering services to a number of people and managing workload priorities.
