Job Summary

Lancashire and South Cumbria Integrated Care Board (LSCICB) is seeking a highly skilled individual to lead the development and delivery of Trauma Informed training across the ICB footprint.

Main Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver training programmes in Trauma Informed Practice, tailored to the needs of the organisation and its stakeholders.
  • Provide guidance and support to staff in identifying learning needs and developing their skills in Trauma Informed Practice.
  • Collaborate with the LSCICB Safeguarding Team and Lancashire Violence Reduction Network to ensure a cohesive approach to Trauma Informed training.
  • Develop and maintain an overview of the Trauma Informed training programme, ensuring its effectiveness and impact.

Person Specification
  • Essential:
    • Education to Diploma level or equivalent, with good basic education including English and Maths.
    • Proven experience of delivering training programmes, ideally in Trauma Informed Practice.
    • Experience of working in an environment delivering services to a large number of people, managing workload priorities.
  • Desirable:
    • Knowledge of data protection legislation.
    • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
