**Training Coordinator (Maternity Cover)**

**What we’re looking for?**

We are looking for an experienced training professional to work within our L&D team to help coordinate the company’s training needs and oversee the development of the businesses ever growing cohort of apprentices. Aligned to our ethos and values, you’ll be tenacious, persuasive and highly visible, building trusting relationships and working positively. Excellent communication and presentation skills are a given. You will be experienced in training, learning & development in an advisory/coordinator role, preferably within the construction industry with good knowledge of CITB and apprentice levy recovery. It would be beneficial if you had a CIPD or equivalent L&D qualification. Familiarity with apprenticeship programmes, including higher and degree level, would also be advantageous. This is a hands-on role covering the full training cycle and is essential to our success in maintaining our highly skilled, competent, and motivated colleagues.

- Lead end to end coordination, design and delivery of training, learning & development initiatives
- Support the recruitment and ongoing development of the businesses early talent roles
- Manage contracts with training providers and suppliers
- Analyse and report on learning and development activities
- Manage budgets, including apprentice levy account, recovery of CITB grant and other funding
- Engage internal and external stakeholders with communications for learning initiatives
- Provide information, advice, and guidance to employees at all levels.
