**Job description**

Working on the front line with the clients customers, you will be the voice of the company in aiding customers with a variety of queries and issues. If you're looking for a company that is modern in their methods and has a real culture, this could be your role

**You Will**:

- Receive incoming calls from across the globe and assist callers with queries.
- Take bookings and advise on any additional products customers may require.
- Assist with any complaints to resolve the situation in a prompt manner.
- Organise bookings with suppliers and assist them with any information they need.

**About You**:

- Ability to speak and write in English (minimum fluent business level)
- The role is partly phone based so you must have the ability to communicate clearly over the phone.
- You must have previous experience working within a customer service environment.
- The ability to use MS Office is a must.
- Good grammar essential.

**Hours**:
Monday to Friday: Mixed Hours between 9 am and 5.30pm with possibilities to work one hour earlier or later. (Can be discussed)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £22,000.00 per year
