Our client who specialise in supporting healthcare services with multiple office across the UK is looking for a Customer Support Coordinator to join a busy team based in Gatwick, Crawley.

The role will be to assist in the provision of service of to both new and ongoing customers in a timely manner and working with other departments within the business including internal sales, finance and marketing teams.

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- To be first point of contact for all patients and customers and ensuring their experience is First Class.
- Engage with other team members, following scripts and reports allowing data to be corrected
- Monitor and Maintain reports associated with Delivery notes and Meter Readings
- Liaise with patients, Home Care Technicians and Depot Managers to ensure all meter readings are correct ensuring we report all faults
- Ensuring that initial communication is sought with new patients by sending out rebate letters following their installation.
- Process private sales orders and ensure close relationships are maintained throughout our customers journey
- Processing payments using World pay
- Work one day per month within the finance department to support month end and invoicing procedures.

**Hours**:
**2 Week Rota: 37.5 hour Week**
- W1: Mon, Tues, Weds, Thurs, Fri - 10am to 6pm
- W2: Mon, Tues, Weds, Thurs, Sun - 10am to 6pm (Sun 9am to 5pm)
