**Aviation Customer Support Executive**

We’re proud to be working with a family run VIP, corporate and military aircraft spares and support specialist, based in the Crawley/Gatwick area who have been servicing customers globally for over 42 years. **The role**:This is a long-term opportunity for the right person who has high attention to detail and is willing to commit themselves.

**Key responsibilities of the Customer Support Executive role**:

- Source, purchase and manage and repairs of aircraft parts
- Preparing and submitting quotations
- Responding to customer inquiries in a timely manner
- Develop strong supplier, customer and internal relationships
- Supplier negotiation to deliver the best value and quality to our customers
- Maintain accurate and regular status reports
- Troubleshoot customer issues and find appropriate solutions

**What will I need ?**

We’re looking for someone who has previously worked in an office environment with excellent communication skills both verbal and written. You’ll need an overall good level of comprehension of the Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

You should be reliable, accurate, self-motivated, with the ability to work on your own initiative. You must be able to multi-task and prioritise to meet deadlines.

**Hours**: Working Hours

09:00 - 18:00 (Monday to Friday)

09:00 - 12:00 Every other Saturday

On Call (outside of working hours) for approximately 1 weekend and 3 weekdays per month (following 6 to 12 months training) Call Outs are paid in addition to the Basic Salary.

**Salary**: £20,000-£25,000 Depending on experience

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and technical issues
- Resolve customer concerns in a timely and efficient manner
- Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide feedback to management

Qualifications:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Empathy and patience when dealing with customers
- Proficient in using CRM software and other customer support tools
- Previous experience in a customer service or support role is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications are a plus
