Logistics Support Executive

**Job Summary**

The Logistics Support Executive will work closely with the Logistics Executive and other operational teams to support the smooth running of projects. Using field management software (CRM and Big Change), this role will be responsible for the day to day planning of our remote engineering team.

**What You Will Be Doing**:

- Allocate, schedule and organise resources to ensure the efficient delivery of projects, from surveys to installations
- Arranging accommodation and travel for engineers
- Purchasing tools and equipment required for the engineering team
- Accurately update and maintain project databases e.g Hubspot
- Frequent communication with Sales team to ensure they are kept in the loop about all ongoing implementations

**About You**:

- Relevant degree or equivalent experience (Desired)
- Experience in customer service, administrative or similar logistics role (Essential)
- Experience with MS Office, including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel (Essential)
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills (Essential)
- Ability to work well under pressure (Essential)
- Able to work autonomously as well as collaboratively (Essential)
- Able to effectively multi-task and prioritize workload (Essential)
- Effective communicator, who can build positive rapport with internal and external stakeholders (Essential)
- Drive, commitment, and desire to learn and progress in a fast-paced changing industry (Essential)
- Pro-active, customer-focused approach
- Team player, positive attitude

**Schedule**:

- Monday to Friday (onsite)
