**Role & Responsibilities**
- Working within a small admin team, the role will involve taking the lead on sales order processing and sales administration
- Supporting the sales team with processing orders which will include
- Liaising and negotiating with suppliers, engineers and logistic companies
- Investigate shipping issues and manage customer queries or complaints
- Managing expectations, liaise with customers throughout the implementation process, resolve any issues and assist with any queries or requests
- Creation of sales & service agreements and other contract documentation
- Using online software for contract administration, billing and stock control
- Liaising and negotiating with suppliers, engineers and logistic companies
- General administrative duties

**Skills & Experience**
- Need to have a minimum of two years’ experience in administration and management, preferably within a similar industry supporting a sales function (technology led)
- Experience within the managed print service industry is a bonus but not essential
- Excellent attention to detail
- Can work well within a team environment
- Proactive and highly organised
- Ability to work under pressure to meet short deadlines
- Self-motivated
- Strong IT skillsMicrosoft, CRM - HubSpot, Workflow Max, Xero, Docu-Sign, Adobe and Excel
- Excellent communication skills, written, telephone and face to face

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
