**Employee Relations Specialist**
- 6-month contract
- £200 - £250 per day (via Umbrella)

Oakleaf Partnership is representing a global organisation who are recruiting for an ER Specialist to be responsible for providing Employee Relations solutions to the business. The role will support Managers across all functions on the management and resolution of employee relations cases, balancing risk, maintaining the ethos and culture of the organisation as well as being pragmatic and realistic to the circumstances.

**Key Accountabilities?**
- To manage the HR transactional activity relating to the complete employee lifecycle within agreed SLA’s
- Provision of comprehensive, pragmatic, customer focussed ER support to Line Managers such as Discipline, Grievance, Performance Capability and Long and Short Term Sick case management. This would be completed in a prompt and consistent manner. Day to day decision making and advice would sit within this role with a clear assessment of the risk, ensuring the relevant Business Partner is kept informed of updates & progress.
- This role needs to really understand their business area to help understand, shape and recommend improvements for Line managers and ways of working as well as identify trends and patterns to support in the overall performance and engagement plans. This role will use data to provide insight and help to inform key decisions and recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure legal compliance whilst balancing the commercial risk.This may require liaising with the Companies employment lawyers to understand and mitigate any risk. Tribunal claims will require the collation of a clear and accurate response, in conjunction with the employment lawyers.
- Continually demonstrate an improvement mindset. Through work within the team and the wider HR function, identify ways to simplify our processes and/or ways of working whilst still ensuring they are meaningful and effective. Continue to support and follow the model across the business to ensure this continues to support our Line Managers and business in the right way and at the right level.
- Support on business change program’s and with direction from the ER Manager offer guidance and ensure consistency of process in line with Molson Coors standards particularly in relation to TUPE, T&C’s and Redundancy Consultation.
