We are seeking an experienced Senior Employee Relations Specialist to support our client on an interim basis.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in HR Generalist or Employee Relations Specialist roles, ideally within a unionized environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Dealing with complex employee relations matters
  • Coaching line managers in resolving employee relations challenges
