Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HR professional with a proven track record in handling complex employee relations cases to join our team at Pertemps.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert support to managers through formal processes, such as probationary reviews, sickness absence management, disciplinary actions, and workplace concerns, ensuring compliance with procedures and timelines.
  • Prepare for and support employment tribunals, as well as advise during dismissal appeal hearings.
  • Upskill managers and raise the profile of People & Talent within the organisation by delivering HR coaching sessions and promoting key processes to enhance management understanding.
  • Monitor trends in employee relations cases and recommend improvements to policies and procedures, ensuring continuous development.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in handling complex employee relations cases.

  • Ability to build strong professional relationships with key stakeholders.
