Manage ER cases, such as disciplinary, grievances and appeals


Supporting the organisation through restructures and other organisational change


Dealing with disputes appropriately (for example, mediation or tribunal cases)


Coaching managers to deal with people in a fair and effective manner


Creation and delivery of ER training for managers


Creating and updating people policies, ensuring they are legally compliant


Support HR work across the broader team as needed


Provide guidance and support to the HR & Recruitment Advisor/HR & Payroll Administrator
