**Customer Service Administrator.**
Crem recruitment are looking for a customer service administrator to join our client in Newmarket.
This role will be temporary ongoing and is required for an immediate start. Hours of work will be 37.5 Monday
- Friday.
Duties will include:
- Providing reports on the customer order status, shipments and backorders as required using the current ERP system.
- Offering commercial support to the sales team, ensuring that prices and quantities of the customer orders are compatible with the relevant quotations offered.
- Answering the telephone and dealing with enquiries as necessary.
Skills and Attributes:
- IT literate.
- Good communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Previous experience within an office environment.
- SAP experience desirable.
