**The role of Administrator**:
- Working as the righthand person to the Managing Director
- Processing sales orders and enquiries efficiently
- Coordinating quotes and sample requests promptly and accurately
- Answering incoming calls and dealing with any queries
- Conduct customer reviews to gather feedback and enhance the service
- Updating the customer records on the CRM
- Regularly report activity results to the Managing Director and actively participate in meetings
- Attend and contribute to scheduled sales meetings and training sessions
**Experience Required for the Administrator vacancy**:
- Previous experience in a similar administrative role is essential
- You must be dynamic and a self
- starter
- Ability to work directly with the Managing Director and other key stakeholders
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strong computer skills including MS Office and CRMs
**The Salary for the Administrator vacancy**:
