Our rapidly growing and forward thinking Client is looking to recruit a Service Administrator to join their Service team. The service department is responsible for all after-sales service, calibration and support to all customers ranging across many differentindustrial disciplines. This is a part-time role supporting the Service Engineer and Service Manager.

**Core tasks will involve**:

- Booking in and shipping out consignments
- Managing the Service inbox and responding to queries in a timely manner
- Coordinating incoming service work and carrying customer update calls
- Maintenance and upkeep of internal CRM system

**Applicants must be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience.**
- Familiar with using in house CRM systems
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Able to prioritise workload and manage time effectively

**This is a part time role working 15 hours per week**:
**Thursday**: 08:30 am - 17:00

**Friday**: 08:30 am - 1600
