About us:
Electrifire Limited is a well-established Fire and security company that specialises in the installation and maintenance of fire and security systems.
Skills required
- Computer literate, including Microsoft Excel and Word
- Well-organised with the ability to prioritize and manage several key tasks at one time
- Attention to detail
- A flexible approach to problem-solving
- Excellent telephone manner and good communication skills
- Previous office and Accounts experience using Kashflow / Quickbooks would be beneficial
Main responsibilities:
- Invoicing clients, issuing purchase orders to suppliers and subcontractors
- Scheduling visits with clients
- Ensuring customer info is up to date on our in-house database system, issuing and chasing site renewal contracts
- Ensuring engineer paperwork is up to date.
- Issuing and accepting new customer/new supplier forms. Adding new supplier and customer info onto our in-house database system. Ensuring all accreditations are up to date.
- Scanning and filing paperwork, data entry.
- Assisting the servicedesk team with other admin duties.

Previous admin/accounts experience would be beneficial, training on our database systems will be provided.
Rates of pay will be negotiable on experience/skill set.
20k-25k (pro rata if part time)

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
