Project Management Office Administrator

We a recruiting for a PMO Administrator to provide administrative support to our ongoing implementation and improvement of the PMO and PM operations that support the BU as well as the senior management team.
**What part will you play?**
- Support the BU and PMO with the maintenance of the Status Reports, MS Project Plan and Monthly Senior Management Reporting
- Support the implementation of the PMO guidelines and processes.
- Support the PMO with the field engineer work planning (off site).
- Support the invoicing process and the raising of new WBS
**What does it take to be successful in this role?**
- Proven experience as an PMO Administrator and/or Coordinator
- Able to plan, organise and prioritise work to meet deadlines,
- Proficient in use of MS tools - Excel, Word, Power Point,
- Effective communication skills; Pro-active team player,
- General office administrator tasks ie booking external training courses, organising team lunches, ordering team uniform / equipment.
- Problem-solving with great attention to detail,
- Active contributor for change and improvement
- Experience in delivery methodologies (e.g. construction, manufacturing)
- Stakeholder Engagement
