Job Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic and friendly Customer Care Advisor to join our small, fast-paced team on a temporary contract. Based at our Head Office in Byker, Newcastle upon Tyne, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our high standard of customer care. Effective communication, accuracy, and timely response are essential as you act as a vital link between our doorstep sales team and our customers.

Responsibilities: As a Customer Care Advisor, you will report directly to Lisa Turnbull, our Customer Care Manager, who will provide training, support, and direction in overseeing your activities and performance. Your main responsibilities will include:

- Processing customer orders, payments, and handling general administrative duties.
- Inputting accurate information into our computer database to ensure efficient customer service.
- Providing product and service advice to customers.
- Working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, on alternative weeks of 8:30 am - 4:30pm or 9:00 am - 5:00 pm.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 4 months

**Salary**: £20,388.00 per year
