**Responsibilities**:
Draft correspondences and other formal documents
Plan and schedule appointments/installations
Answer inbound telephone calls / Dispatch technicians to service calls
Order parts for repairs
Maintain and monitor files; clients & vendors
Perform all other office tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Previous experience in office administration or other related fields; Construction/service industry preferred, but not required
Ability to prioritize and multitask / strong follow-up abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
Sage Accounting software: Preferred, but not required
Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office software; Word & Excel **Required
**Salary**: £19,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Liverpool, Merseyside: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Customer service (preferred)
