Office Assistant

Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The Office Assistant will provide administrative support and assist with various office tasks to ensure smooth operations. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.
**Duties**:
- Perform data entry tasks, including inputting information into spreadsheets and databases
- Manage and maintain office filing systems, both physical and digital
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Greet visitors and provide them with necessary information or assistance
- Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings
- Support the team with general administrative tasks as assigned
**Experience**:
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Familiarity with office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Professional phone etiquette and strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
We offer competitive pay based on experience.
