Job Title: Office Administrator

Company: Bowl and Smoothie

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and data analysis
- Support HR with administrative tasks such as employee onboarding and maintaining personnel records
- Liaise with external vendors and service providers
- Assist in organizing company events and activities
- Provide general administrative support to management and staff

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or relevant administrative role
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

**Salary**: £17.45 to £18.85 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

Pay: £17.45-£18.85 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week

Schedule:
