**Responsibilities**:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR director and Accounts team, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
Draft and format documents, reports, and correspondence, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling inquiries and directing them to the appropriate individuals.
Maintain and update records, databases, and filing systems, ensuring efficient organisation and easy retrieval of information.
Assist with event planning and coordination
Conduct research and collate data to support decision-making and project initiatives.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth work flow and effective communication within the organisation.
Answering the phones.
Undertake ad-hoc administrative tasks and projects as assigned.
**Requirements**:
Previous experience in an administrative personal assistant is highly desirable.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all work.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Professional and personable demeanour with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of basic accounting principles is an advantage.
Familiarity with office equipment and technology, including video conferencing tools.
