As personal assistant (PA) to the CEO of a dynamic and growing business you will be responsible for carrying out administrative work on his behalf. You will be integral in freeing up his time from administrative duties so that he can spend maximum time on strategic tasks.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Sole management for CEO’s diary, booking events, conferences, appointments and arranging travel, transportation, and accommodation.
- Arranging meetings.
- Typing, compiling, and preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Reminding the CEO of important tasks and deadlines
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate a variety of meetings and follow ups.
- Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems.
- Liaising closely with staff, suppliers and clients always maintaining a high level or professionalism.
- Uploading official and sensitive documents and reports.
- Taking responsibility for Human Resource tasks and compliance. Monitoring Performance Management of staff in line with schedules.
- Liaising with Recruitment Partner and diary management of interviews, feedback etc.
- Liaising with HR Partner to arrange offer letters, contracts and take advice when necessary.
- Ensuring all Staff Handbooks/Operations Manuals are accessible electronically or physically.
- Ensuring that the business is being run properly and complying with legislation and regulations in the CEO’s absence.
- Miscellaneous tasks to support CEO.
- Play a key role in upholding and promoting the company vision, values and culture.
- Assisting with company fleet, coordinating licences and arranging training were necessary.
- Assistance with inductions as required including preparation and renewal of any documentation.
- Writing job descriptions for newly introduced roles.

Hours: 40 hours per week Monday - Friday

**Salary**: Commensurate with experience.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
