Whether you want to create a stunning portfolio or a gorgeous collection of keepsake images, The Gallery SW3 can cater to your needs.

We are seeking a new Managing Coordinator to assist with the daily management of the studio.

**Main responsibilities**:
Efficiently manage a high volume of daily calls with professionalism and tact.

Serve as the main point of contact for clients, visitors, and partners, offering personalized assistance.

Demonstrate unwavering commitment to exceptional customer care, promptly addressing inquiries, concerns, and emergencies.

Working together with the Studio manager to ensure smooth running and operations of the studio.

Inspire and uphold high levels of motivation and performance across the studio team.

Undertake various administrative tasks to enhance operational efficiency while prioritizing customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience in customer service within a similar setting.

Naturally friendly and approachable demeanor, with a genuine passion for providing excellent service.

Exceptional phone communication skills, capable of handling a high volume of queries with professionalism and efficiency.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, complemented by polished verbal and written communication abilities.

Confidence in delegation, time management, and leadership, leading by example.

Ability to cultivate positive, collaborative relationships with colleagues and superiors.

Thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments, adapting seamlessly to changing circumstances.

Demonstrates professionalism, punctuality, reliability, and a polished appearance.

The role is offered on a freelance basis, covering 5 days per week. Weekend availability required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Freelance

Pay: £15.00-£18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
