EXP HAUS Studio Coordinator
We are a relatively young but fast-growing tattoo studio based in London Hackney Haggerston. Modern studio, canal view, friendly environment and the best tattoo artists from all over the world. We aim to be one of the most exclusive places for our clients and tattoo artists in the UK.
**About you**
- Strong Communication, Interpersonal and organisational skills
- We expect you to have at least two-year of customer service or hospitality experience and interest in the tattoo industry.
- You are confident, positive & charismatic and able to build and maintain trusting relationships with our artists and clients.
- showing care and attention to detail with every task.
- Ability to work independently and use initiative.
- In-depth knowledge and passion for the tattoo industry.
- Willingness to implement new processes and studio changes.
- You have a Creative mindset and are a big thinker -no idea is ever too crazy to suggest. You have a proactive attitude and are resourceful, if you have a great idea you can turn it around quickly.
**It would be a plus if you**:
- You are confident with using photo/video-editing apps on iPhone.
- Understanding of social media platforms such as Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, and TikTok.
**What You will be doing**:
- Manage the daily operations of the studio.
- Meeting and greeting clients as well as managing the inbound appointment requests. Provide and maintain the highest level of customer service.
- Building great relationships with the artists, understanding the different personalities and working styles within the studio and maintaining a balanced and harmonious environment.
- Organise artists’ schedules.
- Assist with special projects and promotions as needed.
- Keeping the studio tidy and organised. Ensuring the space is ready for our clients and artists
- Be the face of the studio and treat it as your own.
