Studio Coordinator

Our client, a specialist division of a famous Creative Group, are an award-winning specialist product and service and digital agency. They are a brilliant team, all dedicated to creating great work across innovative digital experiences and campaigns.
Their Operations team plays a central role in the smooth running of the agency, ensuring the right processes and tools are in place to enable the people to do their best work in the best environment possible.
The Studio Coordinator sits in the Operations team, whose duties span resource management, reporting, team coordination, talent acquisition, training and development, and the overall people experience. You will be integral in bringing together people and skills to deliver great work in an exciting environment.
You will be working closely with the Operations Manager to develop and execute:
● Resourcing of the Studio
● The Studio equipment
● Cultural and team-building strategies
● Contractor Recruitment strategies & implementation
● Working processes
● Operational processes
● Operational tools
● Hybrid working tools and process
Ideally you will have:
● 2+ years experience in the digital/advertising/marketing industry with working knowledge of studio coordination, of some kind.
● Experience in motivating project teams, inspiring teamwork, taking a leadership role and
running meetings
● Highly organised, excellent attention to detail and a confident communicator
● Focussed and a team player
● Ability to perform in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
● Passionate, proactive and ambitious
