What You’ll Do:
Step into the vibrant world of studio operations as a Studio Coordinator with IMG Studios
In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with the Head of Studios and Studios Team, providing essential support for all studio projects. Your responsibilities include the seamless booking and administration of studio crew and equipment, ensuring the efficient functioning of our studios. Immerse yourself in a dynamic administrative support role, attending relevant studio meetings and assisting in the planning and execution of various events.

Key Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To:
- Supporting the Head of Studios and Studios Team with all studio projects.- Booking and subsequent administration of studio crew and kit.- Providing excellent administrative support to Studios, Galleries and Production Services.- Attending relevant Studio meetings, assisting with planning and organising events, etc.- You may also be required to carry out other duties which are within the scope and purpose of the job.to input info from job description.
You Will Have The Following Strengths:
- A good understanding of the television production process.- Excellent understanding of studio crew roles.- Experience of booking and liaising with freelancers, following strict budgets.- Experience of using crew scheduling and finance administration systems (e.g. SAP).- Experience of liaising directly with studio clients (e.g. Production Managers, Producers etc.).- Experience of working unsupervised and within a team.- Sound organisational and numeracy skills.- Accuracy and an eye for detail.- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).

- Knowledge of MediaPulse and CXC/Fieldglass.- A strong planning ability.- Good initiative.- Ability to adapt with changing requirements from studio clients.- A creative flair to assist with IMG Studio events, functions, etc.
