We're a young and dynamic transport company specializing in private hire and contract work across Lancashire. We're seeking an enthusiastic Administration Assistant to join our friendly team at an exciting time of growth and new initiatives.

**Responsibilities**
- Handle customer inquiries via phone and online channels
- Perform general administrative tasks
- Increase sales through effective communication
- Manage social media accounts for our three brands: RedRaw Travel, Blackpool Minibuses, and Lancaster Minibuses
- Work independently and as part of a close-knit team of 5 office staff and 30+ drivers

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Superb phone etiquette and customer service
- Proficiency in IT systems and social media platforms
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to commute to our Blackpool office daily
- Previous administrative experience is an advantage

**Work Schedule**
- Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
