Customer Service Co-ordinator

Cannon Fire & Security is a leading provider of electronic Fire & Security systems operating in the Southwest for over 30 years. With over 8000 clients our support team deal with around 800 calls per week arranging site visits and surveys, offering technical support and dealing with general account queries. We currently have 18 engineers carrying out circa 300 engineer appointments per week.
We have a full-time position available for a bright, enthusiastic & dedicated Service Co-ordinator. You should have good organizational and time management skills, experience in customer service and enjoy working in a sometimes high-pressure environment. Experience working within a technical service industry is preferred but not essential as training will be provided. Duties will include:
- Supporting the Service Manager with day-to-day duties
- Organisation and scheduling of the maintenance engineer’s diary
- Processing maintenance engineers completed jobs.
- Quoting for and organising remedial works.
- Call handling & client support
- Management of your own administrative duties
Skills: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient in using customer service software, CRM systems, and other relevant tools - Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment
