Through our permanent and seasonal shops, and a growing eCommerce platform, our retail operation generates revenue that is directly invested into the care and conservation of The Royal Collection.
The eCommerce team works to grow retail audiences both in the UK and in emerging overseas markets, to raise awareness and increase revenue to help fulfil the charitable aims of The Royal Collection Trust.
**Key responsibilities**
- To ensure customer return requests (RMA) are processed promptly.
- To monitor social media comments and respond to any customer queries.
- To be familiar with retail till and stock management functions and be able to process transactions accurately.
- To liaise directly with couriers to ensure international customs queries and any other shipping issues are dealt with promptly.
- To provide administrative support for all eCommerce suppliers in the form of purchase orders, setting up new contractors and arranging any necessary contracts and payments.
- To process eCommerce section expenses and submit to these to Finance each month.
- To follow updates and key events on the intranet and cascade information.

- About you**Essential Criteria**
- Have excellent communication skills with the ability to build good internal and external relationships.
- Be well organised with previous administrative experience, preferably within a fast-paced retail environment.
- Understand and deliver exceptional customer service maintaining a professional manner even when under pressure.
- Be highly self-motivated with the ability to work without supervision but also enjoy working as part of a team.
- Possess good IT skills, including MS Word and Excel
