**Your next role**

The role will be a key part of the IT Operations Team. The IT Service Desk is an established and high performing team with a strong support network of experienced IT colleagues. You will lead the team in managing the daily incident and request work via the IT Service Management tools in a customer services driven environment.

**About you**

You will have a passion for customer services and proven experience working in an IT Service Desk environment. Your ability to recognise trends, communicate and manage major incidents will be essential to providing a key service to our internal colleagues.

You will be security minded and experienced in measuring quality and performance, with a record of documenting processes for your own team and customers.
