We are currently recruiting for **Maintenance Administrator **who strive to provide and maintain incredible guest service and high standards for our guests. **Experience**:

- Previous experience working within a Technical Services environment preferred

**Skills and Knowledge**:

- Strong Communication skills (verbal, listening, writing)
- Pro-active and reliable
- Positive demeanor
- Able to work alone and within a team
- Intermediate computer skills required
- Technical skills to support ability to safely perform role.
- Organized and ability to manage time and workload.

**Education or Certification**:

- Good level of English essential

- Provide ongoing support to technical services department (TSD) team to drive and work towards common goals.
- To support with any reasonable task that is assigned by the TSD leadership team.
- Support with administrative tasks such as the processing of invoices, running monthly reports, inputting data, handling phone calls, obtaining quotes and calling contractors.
- Prepare and review written documents accurately and completely.
- Comply with all quality assurance standards.
- Ensure compliance with both Marriott policies and UK regulation by keeping systems up to date and keeping paperwork organized and filed in a logical order.
