Responsibilities:

- Oversee the daily operations and management of multiple sites under the companies portfolio.

Oversee the refurbishment operations and management of multiple sites under the companies portfolio
- Coordinate with contractors for property maintenance and repairs
- Write quotes and tender specifications for refurbishment jobs
- Concisely write reports to management team on any callout issues or proposals for additional work
- Follow up of appointments of allocated jobs
- Record Department Activities on to System
- Support Maintenance dept with bookings: Repairs, Gas certs, Epc and Inspections.
- Assist department to provide response to maintenance issues via Inspections
- Liaise with Landlords, Tenants and contractors to provide solution to property maintenance issues
- Ensure all property notes and digital systems are up to dated and compliant
- Receive and create handle invoice payments in preferred method of payment
- Constantly monitor all system data of properties/tenants and ensure accuracy
- Ensure effective management of the portfolio in terms of maintenance and refurbishment in companies/tenants and landlords best interest

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in both English and Polish (spoken and written)
- A graduate with a degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fields.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong data entry skills for maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Proficient in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to communicate effectively with tenants and Landlord

Prior experience in construction project management

Familiarity with FIX FLO maintenance management software is advantageous.

As a Maintenance Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our properties. Your attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to handle and solve multiple tasks will contribute to the overall success of our property management team. If you are organised, and have a passion for problem solving in an efficient manor, we would love to hear from you.

**Salary**: £28,500.00-£36,000.00 per year
