**Maintenance Handyperson**

Mission: Provide a daily Maintenance service, on a shift basis, covering all areas of the Hotel.

**What will you be doing?**
- Record all materials used and inform the Maintenance Office of any spares and materials required.
- Carry out the monthly stock take of all consumables and hand to the Maintenance Office.
- Adhere to the company 10-minute response, to a guest related maintenance request.
- Schedule the meeting room air conditioning controls, in accordance with the daily conference meeting room list, to provide adequate comfort conditions.
