Are you a Handyperson or Plumber looking to work for a rapidly expanding business where you will receive full Electrical training and qualifications to further your abilities?

On offer is a fantastic opportunity to work a local patch in a Monday - Friday days based role where you will have great overtime, call out rates and a company van as part of an excellent package.

This charity have built a strong reputation over the last 50 years working in the Property Management sector on a range of residential sites. As a result of continued expansion they are looking to add to their close-knit maintenance team.

You will be working alongside a team of Maintenance Operative's performing a range of maintenance and repair tasks. This will vary from Electrical to Carpentry and Plumbing work.

This position would suit a Handyperson / Plumber, looking for a mobile role offering training and overtime earning potential.

**The Role**:

- Carrying out maintenance on residential sites.
- Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry work (Multi-Skilled).
- Monday to Friday - 40 hours a week within North London.
- Handyperson background or experience in one of the following trades:

- Carpentry
- Brickwork
- Roofing
- Plastering
- Mechanical
- Plumbing
- Building Fabric
- Full driving licence.
- Handyperson / Tradesperson / Facilities Maintenance/ Mobile Fabric Technician.
